AI@Detector — Automated Posting Anomaly Detector​

Audit teams spend days identifying unusual FI postings. An AI reads the GL transaction log (BKPF / BSEG / ACDOCA), detects outliers by pattern (unusual amounts, postings outside business hours, rare account combinations) and generates a structured exception report.

Quick win: SAP already exposes this data via OData — no custom extraction needed.

Supply Chain​

AI@STOCK — Inventory Anomaly & Reorder Advisor​

Planners manually review hundreds of materials for stock exceptions. An AI detects critical shortages or excess stock, and generates a prioritised action list with suggested reorder quantities.

Quick win: Direct OData access to stock/MRP data — no SAP backend development needed.

AI@DELIVERY — Delivery Delay Predictor​

Customer service teams discover delivery delays too late. An AI monitors open deliveries vs. confirmed dates, flags at-risk orders based on historical patterns, and drafts proactive customer communication.

Sales & Procurement​

AI@QUOTE — RFQ Email → SAP Quotation​

A customer sends a free-text RFQ by email or Teams message. The AI drafts a SAP quotation (VA21) with pricing from condition records, availability from MRP, and generates the customer-facing quote document — ready for one-click approval.

AI@CONTRACT — Contract PDF → SAP Outline Agreement​

Procurement uploads a signed supplier contract PDF. The AI extracts pricing conditions, validity dates, minimum quantities, and payment terms, then creates the SAP scheduling agreement or value contract (ME31K / ME31L) draft.

Production & Maintenance​

AI@DEFECT — Maintenance Request from Free Text / Photo​

A technician describes a machine fault in plain language or takes a photo of the defect. The AI classifies the fault type, finds the equipment / functional location in SAP PM, and creates a PM notification with the right priority, work centre, and spare part proposals based on history.

AI@PRODORDER — Sales Forecast Text → Production Order Proposal​

A planner pastes a demand forecast from an Excel email or meeting notes. The AI maps it to SAP materials, checks stock, and generates a production order proposal list for MRP review.
