This section presents the 4IT AI Product Backlog — a curated list of planned and ongoing AI-powered solutions for SAP and enterprise environments.

Each solution is designed to address a real business pain point with a minimal, AI-first approach — leveraging existing SAP data and interfaces with no heavy infrastructure requirements.

Backlog items are organised into two priority tiers:

• P1 Backlog — Ongoing or near-term solutions currently under development or in beta
• P2 Backlog — Planned solutions with defined scope and business value, scheduled for future delivery
