What is AI@BPMN?​
AI@BPMN is an innovative business application built by 4IT Services that enables the generation of process flow diagrams from any text or voice input. Instead of manually drawing BPMN diagrams, users simply describe a business process in plain language — and AI@BPMN instantly produces a structured, standards-compliant BPMN diagram.
The application goes beyond simple generation: it can enrich the process model using a built-in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge base containing company standard processes and SAP documentation — ensuring the output is aligned with both corporate standards and SAP best practices.
The application combines three core capabilities:
- BPMN Generation — transform any text description, meeting transcription, or voice input into a ready-to-use BPMN 2.0 diagram
- Process Enrichment — leverage the RAG knowledge base to align generated processes with company standards and SAP reference models
- Multi-Platform Export — diagrams are displayed natively in the open-source BPMN.io modeler and can be transferred to Signavio, Camunda, Bizagi, and other BPMN-compatible platforms
